We’re looking for a talented and quality driven Junior Sous Chef/ Sous chef to join our tight-knit kitchen team. You will contribute to the delivery of exceptional dishes consistently and providing a seamless service within a high pressure environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients, with the opportunity to play a key role in menu creation.

Competitive salary: £25,000 – £29,000 dependent on experience + fabulous tips

Must have own transport, due to location.
