Just one of the new dishes to appear on the new Summer a la carte. Head Chef, Max Murphy and Sous Chef, Daniel Gardner have been with the The Malt Shovel collectively over 25 years! Their hard task of keeping the menus fresh and exciting starts months before it’s release. Whilst designing simple, tasty and seasonal dishes, they can’t forget the most faithful of those… Salmon Fishcakes on wilted spinach with free range poached eggs and tarragon hollandaise. Which don’t worry will remain on the menu!
The new a la carte starts 14th June
Alongside this will be the well-known Fish Specials menu. Local fisherman ‘John Dews’ brought some line caught sea trout in fresh every morning!
