Line caught trout by Warwickshire’s local ‘John Dews’ simply grilled and served with New Zealand green lipped mussel, crab ravioli, saffron & dill cream, new potatoes.
Paired with our beautiful Más Que 2 – A complex yet appealing blend of 3 indigenous white grapes from Rias Baixas: Albariño gives power to the blend, Loureiro gives elegance, Treixadura gives aroma. Hence the 3 beautiful ladies! It’s refreshing crisp with the citrus flavours of Albariño balanced by touches of green apple from the Treixadura and herbal, lightly smoky notes from Loureiro.
Our fish board changes daily, depending on the fresh seasonal fish available, which we source (along with most of out other produce for that matter) and as locally as possible.
